The name of this part "My Dream" is because this is the Company that I want to have in the future and the things that I am interested.


My Company: Create a company of advertising that have to be in charge of making the comercial and taking the photos that they will publised, the 3 different companies wich we are going to work are the companies of clothes, make-up and perfumes.

This article contains three main questions about The Convergence, Technology and London, here you can see how the convergence is affecting the different medias and if the technology will pass over the old media. Also we talk about London, the multicultural and creative city



Which traditional media are bound to disappear or transform due to convergence? Why?

The magazines, newspapers and radio programmings will go through a time of change. I think that all of these is going to happen because now in this century are many electronic instruments that are going out and that the people will be interested in this new things, they have best methods and it is new technology.
The magazines and the newspaper will change a little bit because now you can see that this companies has also her own website where you can see all the content of each one every day, so you don’t need to buy the newspaper or magazine because in your computer you can check what you want.
I think that this will not disappear completely because many people doesn’t has a computer, old people will prefer to read the newspaper and magazines than to use a computer because many of them don’t know how to use this machine and is easier to have the paper than to use the computer. For example when you are going to the hair salon, when you are waiting in the hospital to be attended or when you are in the tube is very useful to have this to read and passed the time, because in this places you don’t have the service of the computers, internet and others.

Maybe the companies will print less magazines and newspapers because most of the people will check the news, sports and others by the computer but will be a percentage of people that will buy the newspapers and magazine printed.

The radio programming will change because you can see how all the people in their cars, house they listen to the iPods, mp3 or Cds anyone use the radio, everyone prefer to listen to their music than to hear the radio, because with your iPod you can choose what type of music do you want ho here you don’t need to wait until the radio station put something that you like, but also the old people will prefer to hear the news and the different programs in the radio because maybe some of them will not know how to use the ipods and that type of technology.

Will convergence make London an even more multicultural and creative city?
London is a very creative and multicultural city because it has people of all around the world and of different cultures, most of the people come to London with their ideas and here they exploit its, because of this many people can learn a little bit of that type of culture some interesting aspects or traditional things of that place.

In London they are many different museums about all the things that we can imagine and of different cultures, also here are many art galleries, theaters and monuments.

Here in London are many places that represent a particular culture like China Town has many things like food, souvenirs, clothes, art that are own of China and here in this place we can learn a little bit of this country. In London they are many festivals that the people do to celebrate something of their culture and the people can go and see what is about, so this is something good because you will learn about many different traditions of a different place.


Will convergence make the Creative and Cultural Industries more diverse or will it encourage segregation.

London is a city that attracts people of all around the world, with different cultures. If an industry has a balance of every type of people the industry will be more creative and cultural, because the industry will have a cultural diversity , the industry will have many original ideas because everyone will bring something new and with this ideas they can make a big project with the ideas of everyone or they can make many new things will the ideas of the different people.
